What problems is EMC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before 2018 our organization using IBM storage which was worst experience we have faced several support and maintenance issues and we have paid heavy amount annualy against obsolete technology which can't catter/handle our business requirements, after implementation of EMC we have fixed a lots of issues like timely backup and restoration of core server's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
