What do you like best about eMarketeer?

I use eMarketeer for newsletters, events, and marketing automation and appreciate its user-friendliness. I like building customer journeys, which I can trigger manually or based on CRM activity or through custom signals API. This allows for journeys to be very specifically tailored to the recipient’s context when all relevant data is available. What do you dislike about eMarketeer?

Some parts of the eMarketeer system may seem a bit outdated. First and foremost, the old forms editor feels outdated. Even though a new one has been launched with more features, it has a higher technical threshold for users to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use eMarketeer to connect newsletters, events, and marketing automation with my SuperOffice CRM. It solves targeting and orchestration issues by allowing well-targeted newsletters and orchestrated marketing functions. What I appreciate most is how easily I can track the results of marketing initiatives and see how they translate into qualified leads. I find the platform extremely intuitive and simple to use, while still offering a great deal of versatility and power.

Before eMarketeer, our marketing data was siloed away from the sales team. This platform solves that disconnect by feeding all marketing interactions directly into our CRM. The ease of usage. I have created set templates for Newsletters - every month, I add/edit the content and then send it to my colleagues.

Pricing: eMarketeer has competitive pricing compared to other tools in the market.

Reporting: eMarketeer has one of the best and easy to use reports. Reports such as marketing activity report, activity report are placed right next to the dashboard option. I would say that was a very nice idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
