When its working, it is a great tool that effectively lays out the information its being fed. The reports are also a great tool to visualize the day-to-day operations, I'm a big fan on how it's possible to separate and visualize the corrective vs preventive work done on each asset. During the implementation calls, we had most of our issues resolved within 3 days, after the hand-off call it sometimes takes longer than that to even hear back. The API access to pull and push info is clunky and really difficult to use. IT needing to do data updating or pulls for use in other systems from emaint is extremely difficult and support is challenged to help. And enhancements to the portal API are at the customer cost.
