Good webinar sessions and pre-recorded webinars for learning as you go. Setting up new starters for performance reviews and learnings is easy once the workflow is assigned. **What do you dislike about ELMO Software?** Reporting is limited unless you do Custom reports. We then have to download it into a CSV file and "tidy up" to present the information. Not easy enough for Managers who don't use computers often. **Recommendations to others considering ELMO Software:** If you need reporting hours on training or have large quantities of training that needs manual input of information, this might not be the program for you.
