You can't just jump in and start using it. You really need to watch a tutorial or have someone explain how to use it first. **Recommendations to others considering EDIinsight:** There is a lot that you can do with the tool that you might not realize at first glance. Take the time to really study and get to know the product so you can use it to its full potential. **What problems is EDIinsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my current role, we mainly use EDInight as a tool to troubleshoot member eligibility issues. We use it to quickly access the coding that explains what a members benefits should be. ### 2. The application is very easy to use once you've learned your way around and has so many automated features you literally can set it and forget it. Not to mention Practice Insight's support team is bar-none! Always available to help (even when it's not their responsibility) and get your claims out clean and your office paid. **What do you dislike about EDIinsight?** There's really not a lot to dislike. The interface could use a face lift, but the functionality is where this product takes the cake. With so many features, it's easy to understand why the interface seems intimidating, but really, you can use the software as little or as heavily as you need for your practice. **Recommendations to others considering EDIinsight:** Become a partner to save money on claim processing. Their re-seller program is phenomenal and is unbelievably valuable to a medical billing company, or a practice bringing their billing in-house. **What problems is EDIinsight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending clean claims from a medical billing office to the vast array of insurance carriers is easily done with EDIinsight.
