Customization reports on a blade configuration allows you to drag columns and rows of data easily to pull as broad or detailed reports in an instant. The application is very easy to use once you've learned your way around and has so many automated features you literally can set it and forget it. Not to mention Practice Insight's support team is bar-none! Always available to help (even when it's not their responsibility) and get your claims out clean and your office paid. There's really not a lot to dislike. The interface could use a face lift, but the functionality is where this product takes the cake. With so many features, it's easy to understand why the interface seems intimidating, but really, you can use the software as little or as heavily as you need for your practice.
