I don't possess personal dislikes, but some common concerns related to e-commerce include potential security risks, issues with product quality etc.

**What problems is Ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-commerce solves convenience and accessibility issues, benefiting me with easy online shopping and access to a wider product range.

This program helps our department process payments and refunds for our clients

This program integrates with our system in order to process payments for our clients and students easily

**What do you dislike about Ecommerce?**

You cannot have the ecoomerce browser open with the cornerstone browser or the system will log out

**Recommendations to others considering Ecommerce:**

Ease of use with Cornerstone as well

We have been able to integrate the e-commerce program in order to process payments, refunds, and just as a general reporting tool to verify that they have been paid.
