It’s a yearly subscription fee, with available addons, which is great for small to mid size companies looking to connect with their customers on a different level. For us, having a login screen and white-label branding was a must and we got that and so much more, plus the start up time is quick and backed by a superior support team! I wish the analytics of GoodBarber were more robust, with the ability to drill down more. I can’t tell which user is the most active, or which region, and for how long that user was active. I’d also like to know more about what areas of the app get the most visits. However, push notification analytics are great, so I’ve been sending more notifications to help estimate interest on specific subjects. GoodBarber seems to cater more towards retail end-users but we haven’t had much of an issue (B2B). Maybe GoodBarber can remember that they have a much larger audience?
