Hmmm where to start. All customer service takes 24-48hours to respond. When you receive the response it usually is so limited that immediately you must follow up to get a more detailed response.
Their platform does not allow you to integrate Appsflyer so you have no way of tracking where your users are coming from.
I have paid for 2 years over 3k+ and have still not published my app. Goodbarber API doesnt work as intended and the team refuses to look into it.
They simply act like they dont give a sh*t about you. Its incredibly frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
