What do you like best about Shopney?

I’ll be honest, I’m not exactly a tech wizard. My idea of solving a problem is hitting ‘refresh’ and hoping for the best. But then came Shopney to save the day! Let me tell you, their awesome customer service makes you feel like you're chatting with an old friend who just happens to know everything about Shopify apps (lucky me!).

Their fast and quick responses? It’s like they have a sixth sense for when I’m about to panic. They show up, walk me through it, and BAM—problem solved before I’ve even finished my coffee!

And if you’re more of a “I’ll figure it out myself” type, don’t worry—they’ve got detailed guides to self-pace like a pro. It’s like IKEA instructions, but you actually end up with a functioning app instead of extra screws.

The app builder is so easy to use, I feel like a professional app developer now (but like, without the headaches or the confusing code). Plus, the thing is stacked with features—I’m talking more options than a menu at Cheesecake Factory.

Even when I thought I broke something (spoiler: I didn’t), their team was right there to save me. They’re always ready to help—it's like having a tech superhero squad on speed dial.

There is always one or two features that needs to be forsaken when working with SAAS. What makes it earlier with Shopney is that they are always improving their software with new features/integrations. Plus, if not as natively, the workarounds most of the time serve the need. When I have a problem with my client not being able to access the application, I go back to the Sherbini service and they direct me to the solution, or when I was waiting for the application to be uploaded to the Apple Store and I did not have a developer account, they uploaded it to me with all dedication. The best things about Shopney is the ease of use and the quick integration into iOS and Google Play Store. It really has the potential to boost customers with a dedicated mobile app and offering exclusive deals. Not everyone has the budget to develop an app from scratch, and Shopney cuts out the middle man and gets you where you want to be in half the cost, and in less than half the time. From a developer standpoint, customer support is also really great, as their team is fast in response, attentive, and reliable.
