It was fairly simple to learn... but the system has very little customization and they don't want to help make it better either.

What do you dislike about Spruce?
AR/AP is very difficult to navigate. Reports are terrible unless you pay to have a custom crystal report made and those are $500 a pop at best.

Having used the product, this reviewer found it easy to learn but faced challenges with navigation and reported issues with the quality of standard reports. The lack of customization options and high costs for custom reports were significant drawbacks.
