"Avoid Spruce at all costs."

What do you like best about Spruce?

It was fairly simple to learn... but the system has very little customization and they don't want to help make it better either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spruce?

AR/AP is very difficult to navigate. Reports are terrible unless you pay to have a custom crystal report made and those are $500 a pop at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spruce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to stay open because we spent 20K to convert systems. If I had the money/time to do it over - I would have gone a different route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spruce?

Integrated tools based on an industrial level SQL server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spruce?

Out-dated user-interface. Reports are difficult to customize. Limited customization option within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider the online version as well as the on-premise solution. Both have their advantages as well as different cost-structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spruce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spruce allowed us to integrate POS with inventory and receiving, as well as general ledger. We are also able to track the flow of documents from receipt of an item, all the way through it's sale and payment. We are also able to manage our inventory and forecast re-ordering requirements based on past usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
