They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Spruce?** It was fairly simple to learn... but the system has very little customization and they don't want to help make it better either. **What do you dislike about Spruce?** AR/AP is very difficult to navigate. Reports are terrible unless you pay to have a custom crystal report made and those are $500 a pop at best. **What problems is Spruce solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to stay open because we spent 20K to convert systems. If I had the money/time to do it over - I would have gone a different route. ### 2. Reports are difficult to customize. Limited customization option within the system. **Recommendations to others considering Spruce:** Consider the online version as well as the on-premise solution. Both have their advantages as well as different cost-structures. **What problems is Spruce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spruce allowed us to integrate POS with inventory and receiving, as well as general ledger. We are also able to track the flow of documents from receipt of an item, all the way through its sale and payment.
