**What do you like best about EBSCONET ERM Essentials?**

It allows staff to gain entry without having to remember multiple password. It also eliminated duplication of material/data that was entered in the programme

**What do you dislike about EBSCONET ERM Essentials?**

The need for additional training to learn the software - even though it is necessary I sometimes feel all I am doing is training.

**What problems is EBSCONET ERM Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for ease of access to my organization's data. The OPAC was made readily available to all users
