I'd say the biggest competitor would be Google but with better customer service, you can advance the product further level. **What problems is Ebby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick responses and answers when it comes to transcribing and I do not personally have to type that fast and go back and forth to write down what I have just heard. ### 2. It is very good at converting my voice to text. Now I refer to Ebby even when taking notes. **What do you dislike about Ebby?** Sometimes it can be slow in translating the words I say into the text.
