
EasyGarage has completely changed how I manage my rental fleet. Before, I was handling everything on Excel and Word, reservations, contracts, vehicle inspections. It was time-consuming and I was constantly making mistakes.
What I like best: the digital vehicle inspection with timestamped photos. It has saved me from several disputes with customers who claimed damage was pre-existing. Now I have proof in seconds.
Contract generation is also a game-changer, pre-filled from the reservation, signed electronically by the customer, archived automatically. What used to take 20 minutes now takes 2.
The mobile interface is excellent. I do everything from my phone on-site, no need to go back to the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting features could be more detailed and it would be useful to have more advanced analytics on fleet utilization and revenue per vehicle. (It’s already available but it miss some details)
Also, the mobile app could benefit from an offline mode for situations where internet connectivity is limited during vehicle inspections.
