The interface is in French, contracts are compliant with French law, and pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. EasyGarage also includes AI agents to automate repetitive rental tasks, and integrates with Gando for online deposit guarantees. **What do you like best about Easygarage?**

EasyGarage has completely changed how I manage my rental fleet. Before, I was handling everything on Excel and Word, reservations, contracts, vehicle inspections. It was time-consuming and I was constantly making mistakes.
What I like best: the digital vehicle inspection with timestamped photos. It has saved me from several disputes with customers who claimed damage was pre-existing. Now I have proof in seconds.
Contract generation is also a game-changer, pre-filled from the reservation, signed electronically by the customer, archived automatically. What used to take 20 minutes now takes 2.
The mobile interface is excellent. I do everything from my phone on-site, no need to go back to the office.

**What do you dislike about Easygarage?**

The reporting features could be more detailed and it would be useful to have more advanced analytics on fleet utilization and revenue per vehicle. (It’s already available but it miss some details)
Also, the mobile app could benefit from an offline mode for situations where internet connectivity is limited during vehicle inspections.
That said, these are minor points for a product that covers all the essential needs perfectly at this stage.

**What problems is Easygarage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before EasyGarage, managing my rental fleet was a constant source of stress. Reservations were tracked on spreadsheets, contracts were Word documents I had to fill in manually, and vehicle inspections were done on paper meaning I had no real proof in case of disputes.
EasyGarage solved all of this at once. Reservations are now centralized and visible in real time, so I never double-book. Contracts are generated automatically from the reservation data and signed electronically by the customer  what used to take 20 minutes now takes 2.
The biggest impact has been on disputes. With timestamped photo inspections archived automatically, I've been able to resolve two customer claims in my favor that I would have lost before. That alone has paid for the subscription many times over.
Overall, EasyGarage has saved me at least 5 hours per week in admin work and given me peace of mind that my operation is legally covered.
