We needed a single portal to easily manage DMARC and have the tools readily available to configure DNS records accurately. EasyDMARC has all that in a super clear configuration. The EasySPF tool makes the whole struggle of complex SPF records so much easier. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** There is nothing specific that we dislike about EasyDMARC. It just does what it is meant to do with enough complexity, but still easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** Try the free plan for a while and then you will most likely want to continue with a paid subscription. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Constructing DNS records has been easy using the record generators. Seen benefits around where we further need to tweak settings and then enforce quarantine. ### 2. EasyDMARC makes it easy to set up, configure and test DNS/email settings to optimize delivery and minimize spoofing. It worked for us. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** Not much to dislike! EasyDMARC is a great tool. It could be helpful if easyDMARC provided a little background reading for those clients who are completely unfamilar with DNS/DMARC settings, to help them get started. **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** Like so many things, configuring the DNS values in your domain is "easy when you know how". It is extremely difficult until you know how, and learning to do it requires months of trial-and-error. You can hire an expert to do it for you. It is however cheaper, faster and better to hire easyDMARC and do the job yourself. Another consideration: giving an "expert" complete access to your cPanel / DNS settings is not something one may do thoughtlessly. A consultant can easily configure your DNS to do things you would not want done. With easyDMARC, you remain in control and that is absolutely worth a lot. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to October 2021, I would have likely have said I don't need easyDMARC. Then, someone, somewhere in the world, starting sending (literally) millions of emails that appeared to come from our domain. Of course they were "spoofing" us. The consequences were immediate and devastating to our small business. Suddenly thousands of email-servers around the world were blocking all email from our domain, to combat the millions of spam messages which were being sent in our name. Of course that also meant that none of our customers or prospects could receive our legitimate messages, including order confirmation emails and tracking numbers. Our deliverability rate fell to a low of 19% (less than a fifth of our legitimate emails were getting to our customers). Within ten days of setting up my account on EasyDMARC, we noticed dramatic improvements in the deliverability. Within 30 days the deliverabilty rates were back up to 98%+. We are VERY grateful to EasyDMARC for showing us how to systematically improve our DNS settings (DMARC, DKIM and SPF) in an effective way. ### 3. They also handle forensic reports, which not everyone supports. The alerting is also quite nice! **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** They don't actually have sales people, so trying to get an in-depth demo and subscribe to the "Business" plan was more difficult than it should be. The "Business Plan" can only be purchased by contacting them. **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** If you found a cheaper competitor, reach out to EasyDMARC to ask if they will price match. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most difficult problem I was facing is the 10 DNS lookup problem with SPF. EasyDMARC has a feature called "Easy SPF" that solves the 10 DNS lookup issue by "flattening" SPF lookups into a bunch of IPs & subnets. It does this in a way that is simply better than any other service that I've tried. EasySPF also solves the issue of lookups fitting into a single DNS UDP packet size of 512b which other providers didn't seem to even know about. EasyDMARC gives me a centralized place to check on DMARC aggregate and forensic reports. I check it every morning. I have notifications setup to alert me on any anomalies. ### 9. 7k phishes stopped in 30 days. I guess it could be a bit cheaper? But the guys from easyDMARC helped us identify who should add what to their configuration **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** Could not find anything i would dislike. **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** If you are in a situation where your customers end up with mails but you are not completely sure where the problem lies i think the guys are worth a shot. The prices are low for a company, and response times are great. In our case they even helped with some 3rd parties, to further clarify what they needed to set up on their end. They spend a lot of time making sure the content is engaging, the format is correct and the email looks nice.. but most marketers don't know about SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as these topics are pretty technical. If the sender's (sub)domain isn't properly authenticated, a lot of efforts marketers put in their campaigns can end up as a waste of time since those emails often end up in someone's spam and are never seen by the intended recipients. In the worst-case scenarios, cyber-criminals can send fraudulent emails from an unprotected domain which can seriously damage the reputation of the affected organization. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are the tools designed to properly authenticate emails but implementing them can be challenging in complex business environments. This is where EasyDMARC shines - they offer a tool that's really easy to use to create SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI records, actively monitor multiple domains, and get alerts if something is off. Before starting a business I had no clue, having always worked for someone else it was a luxury and I never had to worry about my email authentication. 📈 I sent out my first email sequence to 800 email's clueless about the damage I was about to do. Over 400 bounce backs, an unverified domain my new business was in a bad space and I couldn't email out... 🔴 From going to spam to appearing as phishing emails - I'd ruined my domain reputation. I guess I should of read up prior to setting up my CRM or sending out my first sequence, but to be honest, it wasn't clear and I had to learn the hard way. 📚 I posted on this group during this dark time, you were all so helpful and luckily I found Gerasim Hovhannisyan Hovhannes who runs easydmarc.com 🙌- They've helped me along the way to make sense of my whole situation. ✅Fast forward, 1 month - I'm on the path to having good a good domain reputation once again, I'm not going into spam and holding back on sequences until I feel more confident. 🌟Please educate yourself prior to sending out an email sequence, authenticate the emails through Mail Gun and please avoid cold emailing unless your email has clear intent! Don't learn the hard way! **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** There wasn't a lower-tier plan from the get-go, in terms of someone only processing 10 to 1000 emails monthly this would have been ideal. But following a conversation, this was rectified and they went above and beyond to create a custom plan just for me customised to my email volume. **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** It's all about the education, use them and you'll learn a ton about the importance behind why you need to validate your email's and the process around that, their team are patient and go above and beyond to help no matter your size. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helped me build the confidence I need to go onto to email and know that I'm not going into spam, prior I had no clue about anything in this space. In particular, the ability to drill down into the reports and identify emails marked as a threat and determine if they are legitimate sources that need fixing was extremely helpful in resolving any DMARC issues and allowed me to quickly and confidently get to a 100% reject configuration with DMARC for my domains. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** Nothing. It just works and does what I need! **Recommendations to others considering EasyDMARC:** Honestly, I would just go straight to this product. It really does just work and the user experience is excellent. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to find and resolve an issue where one of my cloud SAS partners was trying to email on our behalf, but had never notified us that they were going to do so.
