What do you like best about EasyAutofill?

As a Virtual Assistant supporting clients through their B Corp certification process, I’ve found EA to be an incredibly valuable tool.

From my perspective, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes managing and organising the required documentation so much easier. It takes what could be a really complex, time-consuming process and breaks it down into clear, manageable steps.

What do you dislike about EasyAutofill?

If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be to release a guide with clear examples or templates to help users understand the upload and download process. That said, the support team are always happy to clarify, so it’s never a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyAutofill solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Virtual Assistant supporting clients through the B Corp certification process, EasyAutofill has been a game-changer. It takes what is normally a complex, multi-layered process of gathering evidence, policies, and documentation and turns it into something structured, accessible, and easy to follow.

The platform essentially removes the overwhelm. It provides a clear framework for building up the required evidence step by step, helping me keep clients organised and on track. It’s allowed me to manage large amounts of data efficiently, reduce errors, and save valuable time both for myself and my clients.

What do you like best about EasyAutofill?

1. Ease of use. EasyAutofill has a clear, uncluttered user interface that gives immediate clarity as to what questions require review and approval and by whom, using an excellent workflow feature.

2. Export in original format and browser plug-in. The solution goes a step further than generating responses, as with other solutions I have used I have had to transpose the answers back into the document I am completing. With EasyAutofill the ability to export in original format or paste directly into webforms saves a huge amount of time.

3. Trust in the output. As the solution can be set to only generate responses based on information in the document library, the accuracy of output compared to other AI generative solutions is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyAutofill?

It would have been the completion of webform questionnaires, however the new browser plug-in addresses this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyAutofill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time and accuracy. Our business has to remain upto date with tax legislation and very large HMRC Guidance documents. Uploading these into the document library enables instant location and interrogation via the scratchpad feature. This alone is worth our subscription. What do you like best about EasyAutofill?

What do you like best about EasyAutofill?

I receive a lot of new supplier questionnaires which often ask very similar questions but are just a pain to fill in. EA completes the form in just a few moments, I approve the answers and it populates it back into the original form meaning there is very little work for me to do - just reviewing the answers it generates.
