The ease of use really stands out to me. I can easily manage OTA bookings, blocked rooms, reservations, and guest lists all in one calendar. It's also easy to find customer arrivals, manage rooms, and get the available list, which gives me total control over property management. Importing our customer details and managing blocked details was straightforward, thanks to the wonderful support from the Easy InnKeeping team. **What do you dislike about Easy InnKeeping?** Currently No **What problems is Easy InnKeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Easy InnKeeping to manage OTA bookings, block rooms, and handle reservations all in one calendar. It helps me find customer arrivals, manage rooms, and have total control over property management. ### 2. It is great to be able to produce Finance reports. **What do you dislike about Easy InnKeeping?** getting to know the limits of Easy InnKeeping has taken time. One of those limits is charging separately for unrelated guests using the same room as may happen for a conference gathering. Group Reservations I found do not register onthe finance report until individual reservations are made. It is a hindereance for us that the room name/number does not appear on the finbance reports, only the reservartion number. **What problems is Easy InnKeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recording and registration of guests, easy to make changes, produces good charging records. is flexible enough to adapt to most of our requirements. ### 3.
