The principle that robot users could pick from a queue of work before handing it back to a real handler if it were to fail it's task and have constant visibility on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It did not seem to easily integrate with our current claims handling system. It added further workload and handling to users/ managers in order for them to review work that dropped from the RPA process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
