**What do you like best about e-nate?**

The principle that robot users could pick from a queue of work before handing it back to a real handler if it were to fail it's task and have constant visibility on this.

**What do you dislike about e-nate?**

It did not seem to easily integrate with our current claims handling system. It added further workload and handling to users/ managers in order for them to review work that dropped from the RPA process.

**What problems is e-nate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attempting to solve the issue of monitoring robotic workload and exceptions from their work that requires manual intervention.

I like that the program is adaptable and easy to customize to meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about e-nate?**

The program seemed complicated to use in the beginning.

I like that the program eliminating paper chart notes.
