**What do you like best about e-Boks?**

One of the most used communication tools to receive emails or messages from financial institutions, government organisations etc., in Denmark. I like secure communication and easy access using a phone or browser.

**What do you dislike about e-Boks?**

There is not much dislike; I can only point out that notification comes a bit late when someone receives a message. But the good part is that notices can be obtained on your emails and mobile phone message notification.

**What problems is e-Boks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-boks solve the secure messaging problem and no spam on the eboks. This is a digital mailbox, so I have registered with the banks and public sector to send digital communication instead of hard copy.
