Their dashboard is very comprehensive and smooth to operate. They have email editor tools that are very helpful to create beautiful and elegant emails. To import the data is very easy with this software. To create the user tools become simple with this software. They offer a user friendly interface. Their email constructor is very easy to operate. **What do you dislike about Sendwithus?** Sendwithus have triggers that are very tricky to understand and handle. Most of the time the emails are not sent and we do not even know the reason. Their communication system is not much responsive and is always delayed. It is sometimes frustrating to resolve the issue as they do not respond on time and may take 24 hours so we have to wait for till the problem is resolved. **What problems is Sendwithus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sendwithus is simple software and its drip campaign is very effective and simple. It is very easy to connect to the customers with their features. ### 3. Dyspatch works exceptionally well for all our transactional email. Both sides of our business love this level of separation. We've exclusively used Dyspatch since 2012 without a single service interruption (that we know of). **What do you dislike about Sendwithus?** I love their pre-made templates, but it would be great if they had even more. **What problems is Sendwithus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our engineering teams don't want to manage email templates, nor do they want to be involved in design changes. Likewise, our marketing and design teams don't like waiting for engineers to make trivial code changes to email templates.
