You decide which user roles your employees can access, and you only pay for the specific role that is used. If the employee only accesses a cheaper option than his assigned one, you will only be charged for the specific role being used.

* The normal split is 10% Operational users, 25% Activity users and 65% Team users. A Microsoft Dynamics License is needed for implementation.
We measure and invoice every 3rd month.
