I really love live interviewing features it makes the hiring process so much smoother. Being able to interact with candidates in real time help me quickly understand their skills, how they think, whether they're a good fit for our team. It's especially helpful in the early stages of hiring because it saves me from going through endless resumes and speeds up shortlisting. The live interview features has been a game changer for our hiring process. Our improvement I'd love to see is the option to pay per job posting, in addition to the monthly subscription. Not every business hires regularly, and for companies occasional or seasonal hiring needs, this flexibility would make the platform even more cost effective.
