**What do you like best about Dub InterViewer?**

It is highly customizable, you can connect different sources of data with your survey. Easy to use, has excellent support, for a reasonable pricing.

**What do you dislike about Dub InterViewer?**

you need a remote desktop connection to build surveys and it could look more fancy. However, the new interface is under development. Complex survey constructions could require advanced survey scripting knowledge.

**Recommendations to others considering Dub InterViewer:**

If you seek for a tool that can be used by users with limited technical skills, this could be a right tool. More advanced users are able to fully integrate the tool with other platforms with reasonable efforts.

**What problems is Dub InterViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer feedback surveys, market research surveys. It is also great if your team is willing to evaluate suppliers.

This has been great for market research. It is very robust and easy to use and flexible. And customer service is online

 It is a bit pricey and it isn’t for small businesses but it is a great tool

 Easy sampling and letting you collect data via multiple channels
