The biggest improvement for us was moving off our older Dell backup system. It was hard to use and never felt very reliable. Druva has been much more consistent and easier to manage. The console is clean, the reporting is clear, and it’s easy to check backup status without digging through a bunch of menus. I also really like how simple file-level restores are. If someone deletes a file or needs something recovered, I don’t have to restore an entire VM just to grab one item. That saves a lot of time. We did have backup proxy failures twice a little after initial deployment, but support and documentation helped us get it resolved. I first started using Druva as an on-premise backup solution over 10 years ago, then graduated to Cloud based -offsite backup. As my network infrastructure changed from PHYSICAL to VIRTUAL, Druva changed and added VMWare backup. in the last year I have added my Azure Cloud Based Network too. Most recently I added 0365, OneDrive and Endpoint protection along with RANSONWare Recovery feature. Now when I log into the Druva website, my dashboard presents me with a centralized portal for all my backup data and security needs. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** The worse thing I can say is that they keep improving and moving around the dashboard layout to make room for even more options and features When I do not login for awhile, it takes a minute to figure out how to navigate to the area I want to access. For instance, when searching for a file on a file server, it only supports words that are at least 3 characters and at most 64 characters long. If I try to enter more than three words, the search option becomes grayed out and unusable. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** By supporting both cloud and enterprise workloads, Druva makes sure that no critical data is left unprotected. ### 45. The bandwidth also is saved this way.
