This platform is really simple and sending large files is really easy using this platform. The onboarding of this platform is also really as it can be done by filling up as small form while registering. One of the best feature I love about this platform is the ability to know if the file is received and opened by the receiver. I love this platform capability to collaborate using DropShare. The number of contacts that can be added in this platform is unlimited and contacts can be easily added by importing CSV files. The files can also be stored well organize in this platform. I love the overall performance of this platform and I felt that the pricing was also very moderate. **What do you dislike about DropSend?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that sent files were stored longer than just having an expiry. I also wish that there was better integration tools which would have made this platform more powerful. DropSend has really changed the way I work as a designer. Getting started was really easy. I did not have to read through manuals or spend hours figuring out the system. The Ease of Implementation is very good. You just sign up. The website is ready to go. What I like most is the Ease of Implementation and the Ease of Integration. There is a program for almost every operating system. The Ease of Integration is great because it works well with my tools, like Dropbox or Google Drive. It does not cause any problems. Try to take over my computer. The Ease of Integration is very useful because it just sits there ready to do the work when I need it to. I work with files all the time. My Frequency of Use is really high because I need to send files. I use Frequency of Use to send files that're over 100MB. It is like a mailman that helps me with this. I am at my desk or I am on my phone Frequency of Use is always fast when I upload files. When I have to send a file at the last minute and I am not, at my desk the upload speed of Frequency of Use is consistently fast. I have a paid plan that lets me send big files like up to 8GB. The free version is still pretty good it lets you send files up to 4GB, which's a lot. Massive transfers are really easy, with my paid plan I can send files that are 8GB. Security is really important to me. When I send files they come as encrypted links. This means my clients information is safe, from people who might try to hack into it. I feel better knowing that my clients data is protected. **What do you dislike about DropSend?** I am a designer. I have to say that the mobile interface is really disappointing, to me. The mobile interface is functional. The mobile interface looks very old. The mobile interface definitely needs a look to feel like it is modern. The people who help with Customer Support are really nice. The platform only uses English. I think it would be great if they also used Spanish that way my clients, from countries can feel more comfortable when they use the platform my international clients would really like it if the platform had Spanish support it would make them feel more at ease. I think it is really disappointing that the free version does not have any cloud storage for the Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive or other cloud storage services for quick document sharing of the documents with the friends or family or colleagues at work using the free version of the cloud storage services, like Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive. **What problems is DropSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** DropSend has really changed the way I work as a designer. I work with video renders and big files all the time. These files are usually really over 5GB. It is just not possible to send them by email. There is a limitation to the size of files that we can send through email services but with DropSend, we can send heavy files multiple times on the platform. Prior to using DropSend, we had to send files/documents in batches using email service providers, now we can easily zip the large files altogether and send them to clients even if the zipped file is more than 10GB+. There is no restriction to the size of the files being sent and received on all plans be it the basic, standard, or professional plan. Also, the interface and layout for the site are simple and direct, and strategically placed in the right areas of the dashboard, making it easier and quicker to use. **What do you dislike about DropSend?** The basic plan has only 25 sends per month, I think this should be looked at and extended to 30+. I expected more. Also, the 10GB online storage is a bit on the low side. Even the standard and the professional plan have the same online storage of 25GB, there should be a noticeable difference in these plans. Upon signing up with my credit card and logging in for the first time, I am been asked to take a survey, I think it is unnecessary. **Recommendations to others considering DropSend:** Intending users should signup for the DropSend service and get value for their money. You get fast sending and unrestricted file size transfers to your clients/customers.
