"Bringing More Structure to File Sharing and Resource Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DropSend?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. One thing I like about DropSend is that it makes sharing large files much easier when normal email attachments are not enough. I often need to share health education documents, presentation files, educational videos, PDF resources, wellness reports, and tracking files, and DropSend makes the process much easier when the files are too large for regular email attachments. Uploading files, adding recipients, and sending documents feels simple. I have shared PDF, Word, and Excel files through it, and the process has been smooth. The drag-and-drop upload option is convenient, and the sent items section helps me track what has already been shared and delivered.

I also like that contacts, file requests, delivery tracking, and file management tools are available in one place. This makes document sharing feel more organized, especially when sending files to different people. Instead of splitting files or using multiple methods, I can manage the process from a single platform. Performance has been good during uploads, even with larger files. The number of features feels practical without being overwhelming. It covers file transfer, contact management, tracking, and sharing workflows that support day to day work. Implementation was easy, and the overall experience feels organized whenever I need to send larger documents and resource materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DropSend?

Uploading larger files works well overall, but transfer times can vary depending on file size and connection speed. For very large documents or media files, I sometimes need a little extra patience during uploads. Also, I like the file tracking features, but when several files have been shared over time, I occasionally spend extra time reviewing transfer history to locate a specific file. "Simple, Secure Large File Sharing Without Account Hassles"
4/5
What do you like best about DropSend?

The best thing I like about this DropSend platform is its simplicity where it makes large file sharing without much of a hassle rather than struggling with email attachment limits I can upload files and send them directly to my clients to my team mates and even external stakeholders without making the recipient create an account this platform is very useful for from sharing presentations media files reports and other large documents in a very much professional this platform also focus on secure file transfer and their unique features such as password protection expiry dates for shared files and online storage which is very much helpful and suitable for our business this platform supports large file transfer up to a 8 GB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DropSend?

Their interfaces simple and also it feels bit basic when compared with other modern clothes storage platforms how there in this space this platform is useful for sending files but it is not completely replacing full collaboration tools like Dropbox Google Drive or even one drive if a team needs deep document collaboration and other folder workflows and real time editing for users who are regularly working with very large video or design file the file size limit may feel bit restrictive when compared with newer file transfer platforms out there. "Dropsend is one of the best sites for shearing big files with mail."
4/5
What do you like best about DropSend?

I have been using DropSend every day for the month. DropSend has really changed the way I work as a designer. Getting started was really easy. I did not have to read through manuals or spend hours figuring out the system. The Ease of Implementation is very good. You just sign up. The website is ready to go. What I like most is the Ease of Implementation and the Ease of Integration. There is a program for almost every operating system. The Ease of Integration is great because it works well with my tools, like Dropbox or Google Drive. It does not cause any problems. Try to take over my computer. The Ease of Integration is very useful because it just sits there ready to do the work when I need it to. I work with files all the time. My Frequency of Use is really high because I need to send files. I use Frequency of Use to send files that're over 100MB. It is like a mailman that helps me with this. I am at my desk or I am on my phone Frequency of Use is always fast when I upload files. When I have to send a file at the last minute and I am not, at my desk the upload speed of Frequency of Use is consistently fast.

I have a paid plan that lets me send big files like up to 8GB. The free version is still pretty good it lets you send files up to 4GB, which's a lot. Massive transfers are really easy, with my paid plan I can send files that are 8GB.

Security is really important to me. When I send files they come as encrypted links. This means my clients information is safe, from people who might try to hack into it. I feel better knowing that my clients data is protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DropSend?

I am a designer. I have to say that the mobile interface is really disappointing, to me. The mobile interface is functional. The mobile interface looks very old. The mobile interface definitely needs a look to feel like it is modern. The people who help with Customer Support are really nice. The platform only uses English. I think it would be great if they also used Spanish that way my clients, from countries can feel more comfortable when they use the platform my international clients would really like it if the platform had Spanish support it would make them feel more at ease. I think it is really disappointing that the free version does not have any cloud storage for the Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive or other cloud storage services for quick document sharing of the documents with the friends or family or colleagues at work using the free version of the cloud storage services, like Google Drive or Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive.
