The link of dotloop with the working community of the department of real estate is excellent, the program I use and generate a good flow in each audit trail that I do and I have facility to do each electronic signature and I can also administer all the tasks documents and some reports that should be made and improved based on the work area, this program is easy to use and when editing, sharing and storing the data saves me money and work with good final results. I love how the agent working with the buyer for my seller is able to ADD documents to my loop for my sellers to sign. I had no idea that was possible, and was happy to find out it’s a possibility.

I wish there was a way two parties could sign a document by being sent to one of the parties email, instead of both. It really confused my elderly sellers as to why I needed to send them each a copy to sign electronically.
