Being able to create, send, sign, and store documents all in one place saves a lot of time and reduces the chance of things getting missed or lost. It also makes collaboration much easier with clients, agents, and other parties since everything is trackable in real time. The e-signature feature is especially helpful for keeping deals moving quickly and efficiently without constant back-and-forth paperwork. **What do you dislike about dotloop?** What I like least about dotloop is that it can feel a bit clunky or unintuitive at times, especially when navigating loops with a lot of documents or multiple parties involved. Small tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should, which slows things down when you’re trying to move quickly on a deal. It can also be frustrating when formatting or document edits don’t carry over as smoothly as expected, which occasionally requires extra cleanup work or re-uploading files. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dotloop solves the problem of managing a real estate transaction’s paperwork in a fragmented, manual way. Starting a Loop is easy and the customizing options are great. The consistency of the performance of Dotloop is helpful on a day to day basis. I also love the customer service! **What do you dislike about dotloop?** My one issue with Dotloop is they limit some of the features on the lower scale accounts, compared to the Premium account. While this is understandable on some levels, there are some things they could offer on the basic account that would be helpful. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a high functioning real estate team and managing many clients and transactions. It has taken the pain out of getting documents signed. Buyer or seller in another town and need to get signatures? Easy - they're delivered in a second. I could see when the documents were signed. My clients had their portal to look at documents once signed. My clients could also communicate with the vendors that I had listed. It is a great transaction management for realtors like myself. The customer support was great. I was able to maintain different client transactions in an organized fashion. I used Dotloop just about every day. It didn't take any time to learn. **What do you dislike about dotloop?** Sometimes it was hard to stay organized and moving around in the different transactions was challenging. Also, it showed square markings where the e-signatures were supposed to be done. I also had an incident in which the other agent I was co-oping with could see another document of mine that she was not supposed to see. Not sure what had happened.
