One thing I dislike about Dotloop is that managing a large number of loops and documents can sometimes feel cluttered. Dotloop was working fine. I could see when the documents were signed. My clients had their portal to look at documents once signed. My clients could also communicate with the vendors that I had listed. It is a great transaction management for realtors like myself. The customer support was great. Sometimes it was hard to stay organized and moving around in the different transactions was challenging. Also, it showed square markings where the e-signatures were supposed to be done. I also had an incident in which the other agent I was co-oping with could see another document of mine that she was not supposed to see. Not sure what had happened.
