I love this program, I can write an offer , send to my clients for signatures then download as a pdf and send to the other agent without having to scan first.

Once you get used to it, it's so much easier to just use one program for everything.

Before Dotloop I was using zip forms, docusing, and my home scanner.

I love being able to work from anywhere to obtain signatures (the signatures are also verifiable). You are able to see when and who looks at any document, it works for using admins with workflows and task lists, and you can request earnest funds and Zillow reviews directly from the loop. Dotloop listens to its users and is quick to implement useful improvements, user compatibility requests and faster/simpler tools. Dotloop allows rapid fire filing out of documents and easy signature capture. With computer, tablet and mobile phone versions; gathering information and creating signed documents is easy and fast!
