What do you like best about dotloop?

Templates with hard coding is what really set this program apart. No one I have found offers this. Their service is great. Platform is simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy To Send/Receive/Sign Documemts"

What do you like best about dotloop?

I love how east Dotloop males it to stay organized, upload documents, share them with your clients, fill and sign, download and store documents. Dotloop has really made paperwork a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dotloop?

Dotloop is easy to learn and use. There are many customizations that can be done to contracts, unlike some other programs I have used that try to make the contract too cookie cutter. Having the app really makes all the difference when out and about. Easy to search for files, edit and even have clients sign in person via the app. My team works a lot of short term/seasonal leases and often have to refer back to the lease for move out dates, terms, etc. Dotloop makes searching easy, especially if loops are organized by address. If a client is looking to buy and still undecided, you can also name the loop after the client.

Support is also great. They always answer questions and helo work out any kinks if you should find them. At $29 per month, you can’t really go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dotloop?

Only downside is the need to refresh the page while waiting for documents to be signed. The notifications seem to be a little slow to tell you when a client has signed when the program is open. Not usually a problem but is something that I have noticed. I was not a fan of the idea that Keller Williams was no longer partnered with Dotloop. At that time, documents had to be downloaded from dotloop and uploaded into our system - a huge time drag. Now that KW has allowed Dotloop to be linked to Command, bringing documents over for compliance is easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering dotloop:

I highly recommend Dotloop. It is the most seamless and easy to use transaction program I have used. More than just e-signatures, you get document storage, document editing and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dotloop makes my business run! I have the app on all my devices and its great!

My team works a lot of short term/seasonal leases and often have to refer back to the lease for move out dates, terms, etc. Dotloop makes searching easy, especially if loops are organized by address. If a client is looking to buy and still undecided, you can also name the loop after the client. Be sure to add all information about your clients, other parties and the property up front. What do you like best about dotloop?

I like the convenience of having all files in one place and collaborating efficiently with other agents who are also using the tool. The electronic signature feature makes it easy to have clients and others review and sign off on documents no matter where they are. Files are relatively easy to download and share. What do you dislike about dotloop?

The interface could use a facelift. Some features are clunky such as adding or moving fields. It would be good to allow the upload of files other than PDF, such as JPG files or Word documents that could be converted to PDFs by the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
