Finally found the best transaction management system! Easy to learn, set up, and integrate into my business process, which has dramatically enhanced and streamlined my transactions. I now have one central hub for all my documents and communication, and obtaining signatures and sharing is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with my company and association/MLS is not yet the greatest and may be due to licensing issues. It's not a deal breaker as there are ways to work around this challenge. Issues that randomly come up and the delay in support. When support does reply they simply tell you, "It looks like you were able to ..." When in reality I had to do a workaround. It keeps all important real estate documents (and there are a lot) in one place. There is never any question about what has been executed and what hasn't. It helps keep client files clean and simple so you always know where you are in a transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little complicated when you first start using it. I have used other signature programs (that don't have nearly as much functionality) and they're a bit more straight forward when you just need a quick signature on something. The best part of Dotloop is being able to use the Admin account to audit agent's loops. This makes end of month clean-up so much easier. At the end of each transaction, the agent can submit the loop to us (admin) for review. Helps everyone feel part of a virtual team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Dotloop is once someone in the Loop is a "Team Member" you cannot send items for signatures. For example, if an agent forgot to sign a document I want to be able to add the signature spot and share it to the agent. I am unable to since the agent create the loop and is part of the "Team".
