What do you like best about dotloop?

It is a bit easy to "mess up" a loop when you are first learning to use the program.

Maybe it's different now, but when I first started using the program, it would have been helpful to have little pop-ups and reminders to help along the way so you don't irrevocably edit something Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dotloop?

Finally found the best transaction management system! Easy to learn, set up, and integrate into my business process, which has dramatically enhanced and streamlined my transactions. I now have one central hub for all my documents and communication, and obtaining signatures and sharing is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dotloop?

Integration with my company and association/MLS is not yet the greatest and may be due to licensing issues. It's not a deal breaker as there are ways to work around this challenge. What do you like best about dotloop?

I like the team's functionality. It allows me to jump in and help with paperwork on my team members paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dotloop?

Issues that randomly come up and the delay in support. When support does reply they simply tell you, "It looks like you were able to ..." When in reality I had to do a workaround. They don't bother to check the logs and look at the entire issue before dismissing it as solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering dotloop:

Try something else and if it does not work for you then Dotloop it is. If you are a team and need team management for documents then Dotloop is all there is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dotloop?

It keeps all important real estate documents (and there are a lot) in one place. There is never any question about what has been executed and what hasn't. It helps keep client files clean and simple so you always know where you are in a transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dotloop?

It is a little complicated when you first start using it. I have used other signature programs (that don't have nearly as much functionality) and they're a bit more straight forward when you just need a quick signature on something. It's not really a complaint given all of the features, but it's just an observation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?

I never have to question if a document has been given to a client or signed by any parties involved. It takes the messiness out of emailing documents to multiple people and trying to get them all to sign the same document at the end of the day. "Filing Made Simple - Perfect For Admins!"

What do you like best about dotloop?

The best part of Dotloop is being able to use the Admin account to audit agent's loops. This makes end of month clean-up so much easier. At the end of each transaction, the agent can submit the loop to us (admin) for review. Helps everyone feel part of a virtual team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dotloop?

The only thing I dislike about Dotloop is once someone in the Loop is a "Team Member" you cannot send items for signatures. For example, if an agent forgot to sign a document I want to be able to add the signature spot and share it to the agent. I am unable to since the agent create the loop and is part of the "Team".
