But the best thing of all is the quality and care of the customer service representatives. They are always helpful and treat me like a friend! **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** The reporting process is not the easiest to understand. It's just not terribly intuitive. The online forms are not as streamilned as other services. Donors must click through several screens to complete a donation, and every new page is an opportunity for them to change their minds. One-click giving would be better. I'm not sure that DP will allow us to accept all forms of currency (i.e. - Bitcoin? Apple Pay?) **What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonorPerfect allows me to keep detailed and centralized records of all donor information, including contact details, donation history, and interactions. Most of the queries use AND expressions when I really need OR expressions. This feature limits the number of records I need for a mailing list or an analysis. Our main decision to change from eKyros was so we could keeping track of donors, create and keep track of touchpoints, communicate more efficiently and fundraising. I researched a TON of different CRM's and am so glad we settled on DonorPerfect. It was an easy choice once we looked at what we wanted and needed. DonorPerfect's integration was seemless in our transition, in part by the Onboarding Specialist appointed to us and ensure we were transitioning without issue and on track. They gave us everything we needed while also providing access to all our questions and concerns. They helped set up our initial templates to accept payments and showed us where to find training videos so we would have help 24-7. This software is amazing! As the office personnel in charge of entering donations and handling touchpoints, it's almost completely automated. Templates handle everything (including our end of year tax statements!). DonorPerfect also has built in software like Constant Contact which is available for newsletters, mass emails, fundraising and any other sort of communication we were missing. Plus, each additional provided software comes with it's own set of comprehensive training videos so anyone can figure out how to use it. As the Office Manager and initial person setting up DonorPerfect, I was able to easily manipulate the fields to customize it to us. The possibilities are endless for orgnaizations. I am far from having any kind of IT background and was still able to set up our screens how we wanted them with the help of a video. It was that simple. I use the system everyday and I can't say enough good things about DonorPerfect. We've only had it for about 4 months but they've already come out with an update to allow to arrow through donors instead of putting in individual names. AWESOME! They accept feedback from actual users at any time and make decisions/changes to the system from OUR feedback and ease of use. That doesn't happen very often but the first "refresh" has already been a great one. Can't wait to see what else DonorPerfect has to offer. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** While we haven't had DonorPerfect for very long, I think the only dislikes will be minute in comparison to what it does. Simple "one-off's" aren't going to make a difference in the magnitude of what's it changing for the better. **What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with Donors On the front end, DonorPerfect is solving the problem with Communication with donors and keeping track of it. It's been a goal for this year for us and it's already working. Our donations and new donors are up, simple by advertising about our newsletter. Hand written thank you's are a great tool but now I can easily put it in the notes and see the last point of contact. Flexibility to Donate It's also giving us more flexibility to accept donations and I can't wait to utilize those at our next fundraiser. On the back end, no more spreadsheets to keep track of anything! Mass entering of donations has saved tons of time and reports of "in-kind" with all the narratives are great. ### 34. Very simple functions are buried within the site to the point where even customer service reps can't solve problems that should be elementary. The site looks like it was made with netscape. Today I had an issue for which I reached out to the customer service team. Rather than being able to fix something that should have been remarkably easy for them, they gave me an article to read from 2019. That's more than 5 years ago. Obviously, the article was no help whatsoever. I really, REALLY regret switching to DonorPerfect. Our NPO is a one-man operation that has a seven-figure valuation, and I cannot afford to waste an entire afternoon with a chat support specialist on every minor thing. There is the occasional unhelpful limitation to a few things but DonorPerfect also has a fairly responsive Suggest & Vote option as well as very responsive customer support (the chat support is easy to use and you often immediately get in contact with a support agent). I love the reports and export templates, and while it is an added feature I strongly suggest getting a package with SmartActions included; it's a fantastic automation aid so that I don't have to personally remember every email I need to send to people in my organization as well as get alerts about things that I want to be kept apprised of in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** A few things are not as easy to use as I would like: you can't toggle between physical or email addresses from the Main page and the Addresses page (which would be very useful); individual thank-you emails straight from a donor's Gift page can be edited but emails in the mass receipting tool (which I use much more often) cannot be edited; and the numerous reports are fantastic but some of them are not entirely intuitive to use - perhaps a brief summary of what the report does and how to use it would be useful to have somewhere ON the report and not in a Knowledgebase article so that I don't have to go looking at it every time I try a new report. **What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonorPerfect has much greater flexibility than our last CRM and that allows us to operate much more smoothly and even innovate in a few areas. ### 48.
