What do you like best about DonorPerfect?

Nothing. Stay away from this product if you can. If you are at an organization that uses it, switch to a modern CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

There are so many issues with DonorPerfect, I'm not sure where to begin. The backend interface is clunky and not intuitive. The support is only marginally helpful. And the demos are misleading. Most of the features they show are extra costs that require either an upgrade or an integration with another service (also an additional cost). Many of the features that are standard in Blackbaud, Bonterra, or Salesforce are extras with DonorPerfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
