The best part of DonorPerfect is by far the customer support. This is an area that most companies get wrong, but they do it right. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and able to help you through your obstacle. There are so many issues with DonorPerfect, I'm not sure where to begin. The backend interface is clunky and not intuitive. The support is only marginally helpful. And the demos are misleading. Most of the features they show are extra costs that require either an upgrade or an integration with another service (also an additional cost).
