## DoneDone Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monika D. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Simple and easy to use platform that doesn't require a long onboarding and training process.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

It would be great to have a summary view with the number of tasks in each stage. As well, as an analytics section to review progress by project, ticket stage, team etc.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the platform to track web development projects, issues, bugs and feature requests that are organized to help the team stay on track.

  ### 2. Easy inboxes DoneDone for you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Clean UI, simple and easy to use, refreshing, and manages many aspects of a task or customer lifecycle in a single place as long as it is based on email. Really made it much more capable to manage multiple business emails from one site.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I had a few issues setting it up with some more advanced mail servers such as those needing encryption options, like ProtonMail, but that was quickly resolved or an alternative was found.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With every business we have a general inbox email and it makes it alot easier to track things across each distinct business by using the DoneDone UI and platform

  ### 3. Easy-to-use project management software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Done done is nice and simple which leaves it to you to decide how your project is managed. It has a much lighter touch than others in the marketplace which is easier for smaller or less formal teams.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

It can lack some of the advanced features of its more mature competitors.
Personally, I like all of the projects in a company to be run with strictly the same workflow (so I don't have to think when switching projects). As Done done is more flexible than other software, projects can slowly diverge in the way that they are organised if care is not taken to keep them aligned.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has really helped get us out of a mess of different systems - into a single source of truth. The best part is that the team were able to pick it up quickly, with little training, even though they did not have much experience with formal project management software

  ### 4. As the name implied - It Get Things Done

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

This is one of those underrated tools that is good yet not getting enough attention. It is simple, straightforward and does exactly what it described. I like that the UI/UX is clean, simple and neat. You can use it for project management but it also excels at email support as a helpdesk solution. Last but not least, the founder and developer behind the tool are very genuine and helpful. This last point is one of the important criteria I'll take note of when it comes to choosing what software to use.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

While there are Zapier and API for integration. I hope to see more native integrations with 3rd party apps so I can create a better workflow for my personal work since their current native integrations seem to be catering for developers/ those working in IT field.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I mainly use DoneDone for email support. Because 1) it is easy to add email addresses for each project inbox. 2) the mobile app is simply amazing. That means I can get things done even when I am on the move.

  ### 5. quick, effective and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ina Y. | Senior Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Works instantly, labels are very helpful, and lining tickets is really easy, I mostly create new tickets by linking to a new ticket.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I would prefer to have more statuses but I think that might be managed on Admin level just haven't checked internally.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical bugs, issues, new projects and features, upgrades, design projects, and more.

  ### 6. Fast - Effective - Efficient method for tracking Project Issues and Resolutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2023

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The Ease to add users, conversations, tasks and watchers.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Daily Billing reconciliation has taken a little time to get accustomed.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Project Go-Live support

  ### 7. A happy customer for over seven years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

I've been using DoneDone for over seven years. It's just solid. The interface is easy to use and it doesn't try to be "all things to all men". It does what it's meant to do very well instead.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Honestly, the only thing is the fact that after being a super fan for over seven years I *still* don't have any DoneDone merch!

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

Don't delay. It's 100% worth it and the support team behind it is pretty brilliant too.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Done Done when I was in-house because at the time the development team kept insisting stuff was done that really wasn't done. There also wasn't any central place for tracking and monitoring progress - which meant so much time was being wasted re-opening work/re-sending info.

Now that I'm running my own business - it helps keep me on top of where everything is with the freelance team I work with. So, while it's not used so much to make sure a development doesn't pretend something is done isn't done - it does help keep me very organised across dozens of projects quickly and easily.

  ### 8. Easy to use and works well for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine E. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

You can set the priority on all emails so you can work on the most important emails first. I also like how you can allocate emails to different people

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I wish you could pull more data from the reports

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working emails in the correct order

  ### 9. Great Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

ease of setup, simple, straightforward. Keeps good track of our issues.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

It used to be a lot easier to change status on items. Changes were made to the programming so instead of closing an issue and it fell to bottom so you could see old issues, the sort is no longer as good as it originallly was.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for issue tracking across our small business. Really easy to create and assign so people keep track of things

  ### 10. Good shared inbox system

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Ability to see customer conversation history easily

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Poor search functionality. Works like a filter system on the title instead of a proper search on the email body.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to properly control our support desk tickets and have visibility

  ### 11. Excellent, a lifeline for remote workers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cath H. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Really helps me to coordinate jobs with remote staff

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Sometimes the display of information isn't as clear as in the original email

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

communication, flow of work, tracking of workload

  ### 12. Great service for simple task and support ticket management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The simplicity of the service is what attracted us to it. It's easy to use and does the basics well. We also like integration with Harvest timetracking

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

At present there is no way to convert conversations to tasks. You can link tasks to conversations but it would be good to be able to convert a conversation.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling support requests. Keeping track of project tasks. Helping to reduce the amount of confusion caused by email requests from clients to different staff members.

  ### 13. We have solved support and product delivery in one tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas R. | Project Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Simple and clear board and detail of each ticket.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I miss the ability to manage custom fields.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes the communication, development and maintenance of all our digital services and products in one tool. So we have the opportunity to solve everything together and to look for connections between products.

  ### 14. Great Support / Ticket software combined with tasks.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The Ui is very simple and there is almost no learning curve for the users.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Tied to the simplicity there is sometimes a lack of functions. The developing of the app could also speed up a bit. Webhooks for example are announced to be implemented since 9 months.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the support ticket management for my team and enables us to provide better and faster support for our customers. Also there is no possibility to forget open inquirys like in our old system working with outlook.

  ### 15. Lacking basic time tracking integration.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | Sr. Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The UI and ease of use make understanding everything much easier.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Simple things like time tracking should be built in without the need for a separate paid service.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks and support tickets in one place.

  ### 16. Love Done Done

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjelika K. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

I like how quickly and simply I can get tasks to my team.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

No chrome extension is difficult in today's world to add bugs.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving for simplicity in QA is always great.

  ### 17. Helped us monitor our transactions from various customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

What I liked the most about donedone is it gave our company one place to check the status of all our projects to all our customers. Before we started with donedone, we aren't able to see a summary of all our transactions and have to rely on memory.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

so far we don't have any issues with done done. One feature that would be helpful to us is the option to create an account not using a business email as our support is using only one email.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started with donedone, we aren't able to see a summary of all our transactions and have to rely on memory. Now we have one place to see the status of all our transactions and be able to check which of them needs more attention.

  ### 18. Simple but powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Easy and straightforward ticketing system, great UX and UI

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Inability to restrict view access to specific comments in a ticket

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vital part in tasks handling and QA testing

  ### 19. Great management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris K. | IT expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Usability, very easy to use. Able to start using without any training or manual

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Not all integrations are available for two way integration

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticket management and task management

  ### 20. Basic but okay

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

DoneDone is a simple ticket system. I learned how to use DoneDone in a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

What makes DoneDone so simple is also its biggest drawback. I'd like to have more configuration options like autoclosing.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As software developer I needed ticket system that doesn't have a spam problem like my last one. The ticket system I used before got a lot of spam. It also now and then sorted non-spam into the spam folder so I answered too late.

  ### 21. Simple, gets things done

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Simple interface, doesnt complicate anything and means my team get things done quickly

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Lacks some key features like a lot of custom fields

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me get stuff done

  ### 22. Very fast and useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

You can have many different projects and organize your team assigning them only to the projects they care about, so on the team side is very good and the integration with harvest is brilliant

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Sometimes we needed to assign tasks o comments to clients, but we didn't want them to see the staff information like comments or tasks between members. So like more control over what clients can see would be good

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

I recommend having separated projects for your clients and your staff members, I don't think DoneDone is thought to be used as a communication platform with clients, but sometimes you may need to assign tasks to them to improve productivity and make management easier, in those cases, I think it is way better having a separated project just for them

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much management, we have use other tools like Asana and in general terms Done Done is being better in some aspects and worse in some others, I like it is not only "Agile methodology" focused so it is easier for non technical people like clients

  ### 23. Simpler tasks collaboration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manoj T. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Helps keep the team focused by having all the information together.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

The different response patterns for mailbox tasks (comment, respond to customer) and project tasks. This can be aligned to provide a seamless response pattern.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

Highly recommended

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improves collaboration.

  ### 24. Easy to use tool with insightful views

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keir N. | Technical Project LEad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The ability to add different statuses and view task status's in a kanban view.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

The remember me for 2 weeks doesn't always work.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

N/A

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DoneDone for ticket management and tracking regular maintenance tasks. This allows us to get a clearer overview of what we have to do on each project.

  ### 25. Easy to use and learn Project + Task Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

What Iiked the most about donedone is that its very easy to use. You can change the display mode to see different perspective of the all tasks in a project. The way workflow was designed was intuitive as we were able to understand the process in a few days.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

What I dislike about donedone is that we need a different business email for every account. As part of the support team we are currently sharing our emails and sometimes its a challenge to find accountability.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donedone solved our problems by being a consolidator of all our support tasks. We are able to easily see what are currently due for a specific action and we can assign it to a specific person.

  ### 26. Love DoneDone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny D. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Simplicity. Fast. Easy for clients to learn the system. Low entry barrier.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Sometimes a little too simple -- some more ability to change flows when projects are already set up.

Would love an automated way to put hours into tickets (that can be only visible to certain users).

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

Appreciate the simplicity. Jira etc for project management is okay but sometimes overkill.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Support and end stages project management (testing).

  ### 27. DoneDone is an excellent tool to manage what needs to be done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The clean user-friendly interface and simplicity of the product. The fact it is not overwhelmed with additional features and options.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

The integration with mail when using mailboxes could be better.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's two-fold for me, we use it to track and resolve issues on new features we develop, but also use it to manage our incoming customer queries and work requests.

  ### 28. Less is more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José René B. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

The simplicity and laser focus for their product. Easy to use and straight forward functionality.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Some customization features like a basic custom field or tags where missing when I used it.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only truly 2 in 1 solution for a small company to manage support and projects.

  ### 29. Great tool to combine dev tickets and customer service in one.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

That I'm able to manage dev tickets and projects along with customer service tickets.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Wish layout/email reminders, etc were more customizable.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing dev tickets and customer tickets in effective manor.

  ### 30. Project and Product Management made easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline R. | Director, Customer Success Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Ease of platform usage, as well as the clean representation of data and tasks/tickets. Really like how clean it looks overall, and how organized our team feels when we are using it!

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I haven't had any dislikes - the biggest issue is getting everyone to agree on one system to use (vs using several systems to do the same thing, creating redundancies) - that's not a donedone issue - that's a personnel and leadership situation to deal with!

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization around task and bug management. Only used for this in past, but could also see value in overarching customer support as well. Benefits are the clear stages, ability to transfer ownership to others, and ability to attach documents easily!

  ### 31. Simple Ticket and Issue tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh J. | Operations and Development Technology Services Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2020

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

It's extremely simple for most anyone to use. The learning curve is small and I've been able to train new clients who are non-technical in how to use it in a short training session. While issue tracking systems are simple to explain, many are difficult to manage and setup and are not designed for non-technical people. DoneDone setup was simple, and the adoption of the tool was more a cultural shift than a learning or technical implementation curve.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

These are primarily for the Classic DoneDone and NOT V2. Issue lists can be overwhelming when a user is part of multiple projects. Limited workflow steps and statuses. Long lists of issues can get cumbersome. Overall the design while very much adaptive and modern feels lacking in UX refinement(version 2 improved this) Reporting is limited in the Classic version, version 2 has improved on this.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

My company has stuck with using the older version, Done Done 2 has addressed many of the issues with workflow in version 2. It does have a bit more complex but the underlying simple easy feel is still there. The strength of this project is the ease of use. Which has made client interactions efficient compared to not using such a tool. While systems such as Jira may have much more robust workflow systems, DoneDone has a focus on facilitating simple communication between issue reporters, fixers, and testers. It is an extremely solid tool especially for organizations that are not familiar with issue tracking as DoneDone does this extremely well with simplicity.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have a way of consolidating and coordinating issue resolution. Clients would email or call individuals in the past, with DoneDone they could send the request directly into a "queue". In addition, fixers could see a list of items and communicate status effectively. Clients could also get updates without having to have "direct" contact with the development team and create distractions. Finally, there was a record of what was requested, what the result was, which proved helpful in attributing billed hours to work requested and accomplished and to discover how an issue was resolved (i.e. knowledge repository)

  ### 32. Quick review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha M. | Java Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2019

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

I found it simple, quick, efficient, user friendly. The GUI is eye catchy and attractive. You can manage multiple projects from a single dashboard, so not needed to go to and fro for searching the issues in another project.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

There's nothing as such, just an improvement which can be taken in account, user usually have stories created in jira or some other website, so user can be able to link the issue to a story, if you can provide that feature, it will be more helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

I would recommend user to use this product as it has various different features. User need not worry about the statistics as it is readily available.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives easy bug tracking and provides graphical representation of the total issues in a project.

  ### 33. Issue tracking for your users and your team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas C. | Chief Technology Officer, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2017

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

Intuitive workflow makes onboarding clients a breeze and ongoing operations clear and easy.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Sometimes it is hard to change and issue to the correct status but this happens rarely

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bug, task and Issue management, project management

  ### 34. Simple and effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessio R. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2016

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

We especially love the filtering features and the possibility to open issues by email (both the team and external clients can do so, which makes it a simple platform for ticketing as well)

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

I'd like to be able to gather more statistics about cycle time, and I'd absolutely love a mobile application, which is still not available. Theming would be nice to have too.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

Unless you absolutely need a kanban board, DD is a very good choice for small-to-medium sized teams.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest problems was integrating the task management for the team with issue tracking for problems notified by the clients. Through the usage of DD this is possible and very easy to manage.

  ### 35. DoneDone has been a great tool to stay on top of simple tasks - especially bug fixes on websites.

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

I mostly like that I have a dashboard which let's me view all of my issues, while at the same time i van view all open issues, to easily cover tasks for other project managers who may be out of the office.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

Not crazy about the overall layout. I feel like from an organizational standpoint, there is an opportunity to bucket items within the dashboard, and make it more visually appealing.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our production department had no system for staying on task. We would make requests of them by sending an email. Now, they can organize all requests and tasks in one easy to find place, and we can monitor their progress on each task.

**What do you like best about DoneDone?**

It's really easy to assign task importance levels, deadlines, and employees. Easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about DoneDone?**

It doesn't track delinquent tasks or velocity/ rate of completion or timelines for tasks. Data dumping can help, but we're manually filling in velocity by employee and client.

**Recommendations to others considering DoneDone:**

We love using DoneDone because it is extremely straightforward to setup and easily helps our developers establish all their outstanding tasks by deadline and priority.

**What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues being able to see all of someone's tasks in one place so they could prioritize. We use Pivotal Tracker for large projects, but for our monthly retainer clients and growth contracts, we needed a system to track tasks and assign people so they weren't searching within multiple Pivotal projects for all their tasks without a clear distinction on what is more important or should come first.
