Having integrated the technical solution into an electronic invoicing system, this reviewer finds the process simple and the support team knowledgeable. The documentation navigation could be better, as it requires searching through multiple web pages.

I also appreciate the tool's ability to transform formats, for example from a UBL format to other formats, as well as its ability to recognize PDFs via the machine learning tool, which is quite unique in the market. The initial setup was really easy thanks to the developer's documentation, which is simple to use, especially for a specialist in the field like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Archiving is a feature that would be really useful to develop. Invoices should be archived long-term for up to 10 years depending on the country. And it would be good if Dokapi provided this legal archiving feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Dokapi is open for integration. It's an open platform with different APIs, allowing me to use them as needed for my business. Dokapi enables us to implement our own custom-built e-invoicing flows, and they handle the communication while we manage our business logic.
