The reliability of the solution stands out for me. It's also very simple to install and brand. Additionally, I appreciate their team for being very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help when I have a problem. The API, particularly with its JSON format, was really an easy way to integrate into our software without too much trouble. The initial setup was really easy because of this API and the JSON format. **What do you dislike about Dokapi?** I think navigating their documentation on the Internet could be improved. I also appreciate the tool's ability to transform formats, for example from a UBL format to other formats, as well as its ability to recognize PDFs via the machine learning tool, which is quite unique in the market. The initial setup was really easy thanks to the developer's documentation, which is simple to use, especially for a specialist in the field like me. **What do you dislike about Dokapi?** Archiving is a feature that would be really useful to develop. Invoices should be archived long-term for up to 10 years depending on the country. And it would be good if Dokapi provided this legal archiving feature. **What problems is Dokapi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Dokapi to send and receive invoices and other documents via Peppol, which frees me from the need to do it manually.
