It has the basic necessities toolbar to analyze, repair, and restyle.It improves quality compared to writing down information, productivity, and profitability. It is easy to learn, install, and deploy. It allows us to do more and be more efficient it also empowers us to deliver higher level of work & gives our clients higher level of service.Its supports 1300 organizations.It can also assist with planning and investing, analyzing and configuring for solutions for your purchase.Helps you to understand the current state of your document, including structural health.It helps address concerns and diagnosis. You can insert or remove images along with attach images along with snip them out. **What do you dislike about Litera DocXtools?** It is extremely basic and out of date, hard to convert once saved, doesn't have all the uses of a regular micro-soft. Word doesnt fully meet the unique needs of the legal industry, and lawyers are naturally not Word experts. This often results in write-offs due to document related issues. Together with tight client deadlines and reduced staff it is difficult to turn the documents around. **Recommendations to others considering Litera DocXtools:** Upgrade the software to get better results **What problems is Litera DocXtools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping information professional by typing it up and being able to print a hard copy. The benefit of being able to still look professional while writing. Copying and pasting formats for authors, cross referencing, and the table of contents to cleanup functionality. ### 2. It seems to offer lots of tools. **What do you dislike about Litera DocXtools?** In practice I rarely find myself needing to use it. For example, one of the "features" is to upgrade or downgrade a document between .doc and .docx.
