It has a very good UX that makes setting up easier. I find it particularly helpful that you can see everything in advance during the ongoing process without having to do live tests. Additionally, it has many logically structured options that allow for very fine and granular configuration, down to colors and fonts for buttons, so it can be precisely customized. **What do you dislike about iubenda?** Yes. It has gotten better now, but the integration, well, we mostly do it with the plug-in now, and there are various places where you have to insert codes. And I don't always find it so clear, because it is called differently in the WordPress plug-in on the WordPress website than on the iubenda interface. So that is sometimes confusing. We get stuck in an endless loop where we are supposed to submit logs but we can't fetch those logs. Documentation on the website is horrible and outdated so we end up sending emails for questions that should have easy answers. Getting the invoicing sorted out was a nightmare. We were told that we were at fault but in the end it was Consentmanager that needed to sort things our on their end. We had made the payment but there were some issues that were out of our control. The consentbanner does not perform as we expected and we are in a situation that we prefer to not contact support and get a rude reply from Fabio. So we are not the most happy client at the moment. **What problems is iubenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** No clue really. The most recent problems have not been solved. Just LOVE IT. **What do you dislike about iubenda?** Just one thing, it didn't scan a website to find out what tool is used by that site and include its generated privacy policy automatically, you need to add the manually but still, it's super helpful. **What problems is iubenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** I generate my privacy policy, terms and condition, and GDPR through this software. The support usually fulfills your requests, but not at the first interaction: you have to push a little to have your answers. I like that they stay up-to-date with the legalese needed. Their support has been helpful to resolve issues that we've run into. **What do you dislike about iubenda?** While their support is helpful once you get their attention, I've found that it's hard to get a response initially. On 3 occasions, I've had to prompt them repeatedly to respond. I don't love some of the wording (would like it to be more user friendly) but it's a reasonable trade-off for a small company to not have to write it all from scratch. The advanced configuration of the cookie consent banner leaves a lot to be desired. If you want anything other than the default view, you'll be writing markup and scripts. Not a big deal, but it's only turnkey if you accept all the defaults. **Recommendations to others considering iubenda:** Be clear on what you want from a cookie solution.
