"Simple and Convenient for Remote Document SigningTrackable"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like how easy and straightforward DocuSign is to use. It makes sending, signing, and tracking documents quick and convenient, especially when working remotely. I also like the clear notifications and status updates, which help make sure nothing gets missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

One thing I dislike is that some features can feel a little limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. It would also be nice if the interface were a bit more streamlined for users who only need basic signing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Saves Time with Guided Signing, Status Tracking, and Easy Digital Records"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how much time it saves when handling documents that require signatures and approvals. In my work, I often need to complete forms and documentation quickly, and DocuSign eliminates the need to print, sign, scan, and email paperwork back and forth. The guided signing process makes it clear where signatures and required fields need to go, which helps prevent errors and delays. One feature I use regularly is the automated email notifications and status tracking. Instead of manually following up, I can easily see whether a document has been viewed, signed, or is still pending. This helps me stay organized and ensures important documents don't get overlooked. An unexpected benefit I've discovered is how much easier it is to keep records. Having signed documents stored digitally and accessible from anywhere makes it simple to retrieve them when needed, rather than searching through emails or file folders. Overall, DocuSign has streamlined document management, reduced administrative work, and allowed me to focus more on supporting customers and handling day-to-day responsibilities efficiently. What do you dislike about Docusign?

What I dislike about DocuSign is that finding specific documents can sometimes take longer than I'd like when I'm juggling multiple tasks throughout the day. In my role, I often need to access documents quickly while handling customer-related responsibilities, and when several envelopes have similar names or statuses, it can take extra time to locate the correct one. This may seem minor, but when you're trying to keep up with a busy workload, those extra minutes add up. I've also noticed that the document setup process can occasionally feel repetitive when sending similar forms. Having more advanced template customization and easier ways to reuse previous workflows would help reduce manual steps and improve efficiency. Another area for improvement is the reporting and tracking experience. While I can see the status of documents, I would appreciate more detailed dashboards that provide a clearer view of pending actions and completion trends. This would make it easier to stay organized and prioritize follow-ups. Overall, these issues don't prevent me from using DocuSign, but improvements in document search, workflow automation, and reporting would make the platform even more valuable and save time in my daily work. "DocuSign Makes Signing and Tracking Documents Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how easy it makes signing and sending documents online. It saves time by avoiding printing, scanning, and mailing, and I can track a document’s progress and see when it has been signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

One downside of DocuSign is that some recipients may find the signing process confusing, especially if they are not familiar with digital signatures. It can also take extra time to manage reminders and correct documents when details need to be changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy E-Signatures and Strong Integrations, but Plan Limits Hold It Back"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like DocuSign’s UI/UX because it’s easy to send things, and I value its deep integrations with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. I like that teams can work with contracts in their existing workflows without switching contexts, and that signers know and trust DocuSign, so they can open and sign without extra confirmations or follow-ups. I also value the workflow automation, like setting signing orders and using conditional fields, and the audit trail and legal standing. Completed agreements include a tamper-evident certificate and details like IP addresses, timestamps, and geolocation. I find the document preparation tools useful, including smart fields, conditional logic, calculated fields, auto-placement, and anchor tags. I also value the web forms and self-service links, templates and AI assist, identity checks, digital signatures, payments, workflow builder, and multi-channel delivery. Onboarding was a great experience: I had a dedicated CSM, 24/7 support, and self-service guides that make it easy to get the job done. Our setup had no hurdles or blockers, and support is available if we need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I find limitations with password-protected files. File-size and page limits vary by plan, and I think it could be more cost-efficient and open to everyone. Some legal document types used in certain countries need better alignment with compliance and regulatory frameworks. There are also operational limits: an envelope is capped at 99 recipients, bulk send requires a top-tier plan, and I can add a maximum of 10 freehand drawing fields per envelope. DocuSign also can’t let signers edit or add complex fields to a PDF with an existing third-party PKI signature without invalidating it. Offline signing and sanctioned regions are also technical and network requirements I need to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Document Handling, Needs Stability Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I love how DocuSign makes my life easy by eliminating the need to manually print, sign, scan, and upload documents. It saves time and helps maintain privacy. It's also environmentally friendly because we don't have to take printouts. Transitioning to DocuSign has been incredibly beneficial for my team in terms of efficiency, as it only takes one or two minutes to use. Plus, you get a copy of the signed document in your email. The setup was super easy, taking no more than five minutes. These features have made the job easy for me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Sometimes the interface crashes, making it difficult to sign documents on the portal. It doesn't take the signature properly, which has happened to me once or twice. I think the interface can be improved a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Interactive, but Needs Quicker Document Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really like how DocuSign is fast and convenient. It saves me a lot of time and resources because I can sign paperwork like employment or loan applications online instead of mailing them back and forth. I appreciate that it eliminates the need for printing on paper and trips to the office. The feature where it guides you through the signing process using graphics, like a star that indicates where to sign, is particularly helpful. I find it very interactive, and it ensures I don't get lost in the document process. You've done everything online quickly, and it feels seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I find it inconvenient that after signing a document in DocuSign, there's a delay before receiving the signed copy via email. I would prefer to be able to save the signed document immediately rather than wait for another email to download it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Makes Signing Fast, Simple, and Paperless"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how simple it makes the entire signing process. I can send documents out, track their status, and get them completed without dealing with printing, scanning, or emailing paperwork back and forth. The process is straightforward for both our team and the people signing, which helps us get agreements finalized much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The biggest downside is that the pricing can add up as document volume increases, especially when you need more advanced features or additional users. I also think some of the settings and administrative options could be easier to navigate. For straightforward signatures it’s excellent, but some of the extra functionality can feel more complicated than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
