Ability to schedule signatures in an order- I work in procurement and manage contracts and service agreements between my company and vendors. I have to first get the signature from the vendor and then get the signature from the concerned department head in my company. Docusign allows me to do this, which I find helpful. When the intended signatory delegates it to another person, the actual signature section doesn't show something like 'signed on behalf of person A'.
