What I like most about Docusign is how dependable the eSignature API is once it’s connected. In my previous organization, we integrated Docusign so our client documents could be sent for signature directly from inside our app, and the signer would receive the email within seconds. Throughout this journey, the most helpful part has been the automatic return of the signed PDF along with its audit trails. The biggest upsides for me are the developer documentation and the sandbox environment, since we were able to test everything end to end without going live. As for the UI, it provides a great experience for us to work with and fetch what we need.
