Most of the system works great. I’m on the older iPayables version, so there’s no OCR, which has caused a few issues for us. Overall, it’s a very stable system. When integration problems do come up, they’re usually on our end rather than on onPhase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, without paying for OCR, we’ve run into quite a few problems and have had to find workarounds, especially when a high volume of invoices hits our imaged list. I feel like support with onPhase used to be really good, but now I feel like people are overwhelmed, so that is something that could be improved upon. I also feel like the reporting aspects could be improved upon as well as document retention. And it's not always user-friendly when it comes to workflows for our credit applications. I like onPhase's very easy-to-use interface, which makes navigating the payable system simple and stress-free.
