It is really neat to see the emails coming through see what they are offering. I feel that Docupace does care and are responsive to issues presented. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** I feel that the closeness of relationships has been lost a little. With the site that I work with we have become out dated and it over a year now that we are working on a game plan to be able to experience all that Docupace has to offer. It has been frustrating with support and the staff having the knowledge to support our customized site. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the last year we have been working with Docupace to understand what it would take to get on the standard site so that we can utilize many of the new tools that are available. This is a huge undertaking and this should benefit us by making administration of the site easier. Although we don't know everything that we are missing, we are hoping that we can have better reporting and better overall support from Docupace. ### 3. I have nothing else to say **What do you dislike about Docupace?** Where do I begin? THe interface is old, clunky and non-intuitive. I had been promised multiple times That the interface would be changed. In 10 years it never was. Whenever we needed tech support, which admittedly was not that frequent, it was very difficult to get to. It was very hard to move data from Docupace to our CRM. And the indexing process, frankly, sucked. In addition you guys didn't bill me for 19 months and now you want all the money. To say that I'm not happy, is an understatement. I was leaving anyways, but now I'm leaving a very unhappy and vocal former customer. There's more, but you get my point. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** None right now ### 4. It allows you to assign one file to my multiple clients, which is great for planning, since often times we search by a client or spouse name. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** It's not designed for solo reps. For example, every time I create a new client, I have to select my self as "rep", even though I'm literally the only rep in the firm. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to securely store our client files digitally. No more leaving a file you need at the office! It's all available as long as you have an internet connection. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** The user interface isn't the prettiest. I would also like to have more availability to customize my own settings. As it sits right now, I have to contact Dicupace directly to add an option to a dropdown, which is really unfortunate. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docupace allows us to have all of our files digital but also stored securely. Once you figure out the system, it is good to use. i appreciate that it allows our office to be paper free. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** It is not very user friendly or intuitive. I wish that the filing system was always most recent to oldest. I hate having to scroll pages to get to something that I just uploaded. There is no way connect which domain makes what changes. It is nice that everything is legible, you can do e-sign, etc. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** It takes time to learn the platform. But this is true with any new platform. **Recommendations to others considering Docupace:** It requires multiple steps to get what you need. I belive there may be other programs that are not as complex. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving issues with customers not knowing which forms are needed with each application. Once one learns how to use the system it is quick and makes submitting account forms easy and almost error proof, which eliminates NIGOs. This means no going back to clients for missed signatures or data on applications. It also means that the reps get paid faster because it's all electronic, no paper. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** This is not an intuitive or user friendly program. It's extremely frustrating for reps to learn to use especially when there isn't adequate training. Adequate training can be subjective so more often than not, from what I've seen, adequate isn't close to being enough. And because it's not necessarily an intuitive system it's almost impossible to train yourself because you feel like a hamster on a wheel and wind up feeling frustrated and upset. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well Docupace has allowed the Broker Dealer to become almost completely paperless which makes it easier on every department as well at the field. Compliance books and records are all in Docupace which allow for easy retrieval and fast audits. ### 27. Its simple interface is easy to use for new comers and has other more advanced features as well for our specialists to use as needed. **What do you dislike about Docupace?** Docupace could use a few added features ( such as rotating documents to landscape for alternative viewing). There are occasionally glitches and sometimes screen freezing but it is rare. **Recommendations to others considering Docupace:** Do it, but do it right. Be prepared and know exactly what you need and how you need it to function so that you can be sure to get it custom tailored to suit your companies needs as efficently as possible. **What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use docupace mostly for processing financial applications, documents and for reviewing paperwork to assure all is correct.
