Updates are nearly instant, and it’s easy to add new pages. The version control is helpful for seeing who made edits and tracking changes. Onboarding was smooth and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Pricing is unclear and cumbersome. There are tiers, but within each tier there are also add-ons, which makes it hard to understand what you’re actually getting. Some things make sense to be paywalled, like advanced AI features, but something like a user limit shouldn’t be. Additionally, it comes up all the time that something is restricted or locked behind another tier or add-on. Overall, it feels cheap, like they’re always trying to squeeze more out of you. I like that the support team at Document360 is very responsive. They are quick to respond and help me solve many questions I have immediately. This ensures that I don't have any blockers and I can continue using the product seamlessly.
