**What do you like best about DocsApp?**

Provide free consultation of all my health problems, free medicines delivery with great offers. They pick samples from home as well for lab test. If you are gold member it's free for all family members.

**What do you dislike about DocsApp?**

Pricing is Lil bit high, everyone can't afford, rest is fine.

**What problems is DocsApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't need to waste time for taking appointments, provide quick consultation from doctors, deliver medicines as well. So overall hussle free solution of all medical issues

**What do you like best about DocsApp?**

Getting results very faster after submitting detail.

Like when you put your age, gender and issue then it filters out the data and provide the best doctor recommendations with in seconds.

**What do you dislike about DocsApp?**

For the first user for 5 min it should be Free.
It has very high pricing so it looks like it is not made for lower middle class or poor people. Like they can't afford it.

**What problems is DocsApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have cold and coughing issue for that I have consulted doctor also for my wife I have taken Gynecologist's consultation.

I have got medicine recommendation that helped me to recover quickly.

**What do you like best about DocsApp?**

I usually don't use all these applications to consult doctors, but during lockdowns, we are not supposed to move out. So, at that time, I have used this app, and doctors were very friendly to assist.

**What do you dislike about DocsApp?**

But the consultant fee and process of payment are very irritating. Even customer care does not respond quickly regarding the issues. Due to this, during times of emergency, it is very typical.

**What problems is DocsApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy assistance with the doctor regarding the health and perfect medicines or tonics or ointments. In the emergency situatuion this application helped me to come out of it.
