The ability to sign documents on any device, especially mobile, when one is out of the office. The ability to review use templates is also great. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** Although DocHub is easy to use, it does lack a number of integrations which could help with automation etc. For example, Adobe integrates into Microsoft 365 Power Automate which is great when you want to automate tasks etc. and then save the files directly into your sharepoint site etc. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub helps us with having a central repository to send company documents for signatures etc for both internal and external states while managing the follows up on documents which have not yet received a signature or completion. It doesn't have a lot of fancy bells and whistles, yet still sports a healthy amount of options for fields and editing. It does make turning any document into a signature doc VERY EASY. We have been able to significantly increase our paperwork efficiency with this program. You do have to work with it a bit to fit large use scenarios and figure out how to manage that well, but its a small amount of work to make up for a huge savings compared to other e-signature platforms. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** DocHub doesn't handle massive at once and bulk tasks very well from an organizational standpoint. We also have to massage some of our templates or create a different template for every possible scenario. The program is at its best when used to just make signature documents, but we have found a lot of uses for it that were probably never the intended use for DocHub. Its just so easy, that we sometimes bend it to our will for accomplishing other things. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub allows us to create electronic forms, request signatures and is actually the backbone for our PO system currently. We run everything from permission slips to employment papers to common documents that just need a few fields filled out with each unique use. ### 3. Also, DocHub sometimes has trouble maintaining the original formatting of certain PDF files. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub is our preferred solution for giving all of our Chrome OS device users across our organization the ability to edit and sign PDFs without having to issue them a full-blown Windows device or force them to use a less efficient remote app. ### 7. It is an online platform you don't have to download anything, integration with google. It helps create Reliable copies of the documents, which require minimal changes. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** It is a new platform and can improve by adding many features. Doc Hub user interface and support section should be improved. I use doc hub to extract text from those Pdfs for drafting. It helps when judgment PDFs are not editable or highlightable. I use it to edit other pdfs. I can add pages and delete pages. Then save as different versions. Dochub helps make uploading for virtual learning so much more efficient. I also like that I can sign pdfs and then email instead of printing, signing, and scanning them. It saves a lot of time and paper! My students also use the free version to edit their pdfs. It is very simple and intuitive to use. You can save documents in the application as well as on your device. It is also integrated with google so it is easy to save different versions direct to your drive. It works seemlessly with google classroom too. Since it runs within Chrome, I am able to use it on any PC, Mac or iPad that I am logged into with my google account. It appears in the drop down menu for OPEN WITH so you aren't hunting all over to use it. I recommend it to all my colleagues and students. For me it is a must have when developing lessons. Most applications like Notability that my students work with require a pdf. DocHub makes it easy to create effective pdfs for all of my lessons. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** I don't particularly appreciate that I have to pay extra but understand that sometimes you have to pay for convenience. It is definitely worth the extra. The program is so simple to use. There isn't anything that I would change. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can edit worksheets and handouts daily. I can quickly edit and upload to virtual platforms for my students. In DocHub, I am able to view the entire PDF by pages, much like a slide sort view. This is so beneficial with long PDFs. It allows me to pick and choose pages. I can delete pages. I can move pages. I can choose to print only certain ones. I can then save the document as different versions containing different pages. This view also allows me to merge documents. I am also able to reduce the size of documents by eliminatinating extra pages. I can save the different versions of documents with answer keys as different versions in my google drive. I create student only copies as well as my teacher copy. This allows me to upload them very quickly to google classroom. The pdfs created and edited using DocHub also can be uploaded to Notability and other tools that my students access using their iPads. You can edit the same PDFs over and over again. There is no limit. Additionally, I save time by signing and sending pdfs within minutes. Many times I have to sign documents. Printing them and then signing can be a very time consuming process. I am now able to sign and send so quickly. DocHub has definitely increased my efficiency in creating lessons. ### 37.
