We searched the market for an affordable, simple signing solution easy to use. Dochub had all the basic features needed without the extras that are rarely used. Since joining we have seen Dochub be enhanced with new features like multiple user sequential / all at once toggling, hand vs digital sign only and other simple but useful features that have been relevant. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** The only dislike is we are hoping for a feature to insert placeholders or markers in a PDF upload which dochub system then detects & auto-inserts signature / date fields to save us time not having to manually add the signature/date fields. Other than this the service is very good. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send lots of documents to customers for signing & Dochubs online signing allows us to quickly send & receive signed documents back with legally enforceable signatures. I have used this platform just shy of 10 years and have no desire to find a different one - for e-signatures and document compliance, this is the BEST platform for our agency. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** There is not anything that I can think of. It's easy to use from my desktop or even via mobile web browser on the go, which is an absolute must in this day and age. It simply does everything that I need it to do, without the constant push to upgrade my current subscription. I can edit PDFs, sign them, send sign requests to multiple people, and download certified copies with ease. I've been a user for multiple years now, and have not once required customer support, which says a lot about their day to day reliability. Dochub is easy to implement and intuitive to use, which is great because it's packed with all the features I need. The signature features are great, but I also find myself using it to edit PDFs frequently. I can add/remove pages, rotate individual pages in a file, and even flatten pesky text boxes from other programs. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** Premium features are behind a paywall, but I use them often enough to justify the cost. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dochub allows me to get signatures from my boss that is frequently away from our office, and allows me to fulfill my job duties even if I am out of office or something has happened to our office - as was the case last year with Hurricane Debby that flooded our office. ### 16. Furthermore you can create pdf's then set some parameters for sending it as a document for eSigning, it's pretty easy to use and the audit trail is great for our compliance. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** I have not found any downsides to using Dochub over the years, if your not a great 'techie' like me it may take 30 minutes or so to work out how to send documents for eSigning but once you know, it's fairly easy, it could maybe do to have better prompts when setting up documents for eSigining that make it 'idiot' proof? **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dochub solves the problem of having multiple softwares to convert docs to pdf and organise for eSigning ### 19. And done so far less expensively than DocuSign. Fully online, making it accessible from virtually anywhere. The ability to mark up any PDF is super helpful, given some suppliers lock up their PDF forms **What do you dislike about DocHub?** Organization of documents could be better. But the biggest issue is no one has heard of DocHub! So it's a painful joke, but old fart corporate executives and government bureaucrats don't understand the tech or the laws around e-signatures, so they default to insisting on the one or two brand names they recognize. When completely stupid, follow the crowd!! And in the enterprise world the crowd (lemmings) use Microsoft Office, Outlook for email, and DocuSign for e-signatures! **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlined getting clients to sign documents! It is a huge time saver to not have to leave google and be uploading- downloading all the time. I can take a doc straight from email- edit/sign it and return it within minutes. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** Saving docs isn't totally intuitive- the feature is in the top right drop down as "download or export" there are a lot of choices and sometimes it isn't clear where a doc was saved to a drive for later reference without remembering the doc name and looking for it later. I frequently get a message "a version of this document already exists" and you can disasscoiate the copies but you have to be good about labeling drafts uniquely ahead of time- this app doesn't do that for you when you "open in doc hub." **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub allows me to work so quickly to edit and sign pdfs- I have amazingly quick turnarounds on critical documents. Nope. You have to re-upload a fresh copy every time, which makes even minor contract edits unnecessarily timeconsuming. The inability to revise sections of a document without reformatting the entire thing has turned what should be a 5 minute update into a full afternoon task. I've actually had two administrative assistant quit over the interface alone. Add a Word/Doc portoin so you can make chanegs and the formating lines up. and the fields move with it. The process of uploading a PDF and then layering in form fields is clunky and difficult to align properly is a HUGE time suck. If everything could be created and edited in one location, it would be far more efficient. Inability to preprogram default recipients is a frustrating limitation. I’m always a signer, and so is my operations person. Yet every time, I have to assign us manually instead of setting predefined “house rules” to route documents automatically. This lack of customization for recurring workflows adds unnecessary friction to a process that should be streamlined. Serioulsy they ask for feedback, but I don't see any changes. Mine, yours, anybodys. A little work and this could be great. Please note I had to type tis in Microsoft Word as there is no spellcheck. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am utilizing you now, as my company has for over a decade. That is the only reason. If i caould get all the contracts I ahve generated downloaded, I would most likley leave. ### 31. Setup is simple, and we use it multiple times a week at minimum. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** It isn't designed for business administration. While we have one Firm account, it menas almost all documents have to go through the main email, so it is difficult for everyone to use independently. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We lack another esignature platform, and DocHub is very affordable and, for the most part, easy for our Clients to use. It is useful for companies that work with different clients and need documents for different contracts and payment arrangements. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** I dislike DocHub having a bit of a glitch when using the whiteout tool at times. It is a challenge to use the whiteout tool to exactly use the cleanest way possible. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocHub solves a lot of problems with correcting signature issues on documents and also allows for PDFs to be edited efficiently. DocHub also solves the problem of making copies of documents in a timely manner. It is benefting my ability to get work tasks done with better timing and deliver PDFs to our clients in the best way possible. ### 35. It has made signing and editing a document for my purposes easier. It helped me signing on a PDF more easy as I dont need to waste money on printing the document and then uploading it, thus helping me to save a lot of time. The best feature is that I can easily implement it in different platforms including Google Drive and Google classroom. It is easy to use beacuse of simple user interface. **What do you dislike about DocHub?** My one concern is that as I upload sensitive documents I am a bit scared for its privacy issues. It's not working that good when its offline. I feel like customer support services can be improved a bit. **What problems is DocHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont need to prin the document and then sign and then upload as it helps me to save time and money.
