What I like best about DocHub is how simple and straightforward it is. You open a PDF, start editing, and everything feels clear without extra steps or confusion. Filling out forms is very easy. Adding text, checkboxes, or signature takes only a few clicks This is really helpful when working with contracts or approval documents. I also like how well it works inside the browser. There is no heavy software to install, and it runs smoothly even on average systems. Another thing I appreciate is the Google Drive integration; I can open, edit, and save documents directly without downloading and re-uploading files. One downside is that advanced editing features are limited. For complex PDF changes, it may not be enough. The best part about this platform is the clean dashboard and its user friendly interface of this platform. With a wide screen while editing PDF files, this platform makes a feeling of working with MS word. It really makes editing very easy and efficient. Frankly saying this platform fills the critical need of an organization enabling individuals and teams to be more efficient for file handling and distribution. We've been using Dochub for over 5 years. We searched the market for an affordable, simple signing solution easy to use. Dochub had all the basic features needed without the extras that are rarely used. Since joining we have seen Dochub be enhanced with new features like multiple user sequential / all at once toggling, hand vs digital sign only and other simple but useful features that have been relevant. The only dislike is we are hoping for a feature to insert placeholders or markers in a PDF upload which dochub system then detects & auto-inserts signature / date fields to save us time not having to manually add the signature/date fields. I love that I can keep templates ready to be sent to clients with only a quick change of client personal info. It's so efficient! Plus, it's easy to set up reminders to go out fo rt hose who have not signed their document when first received. In addition, the ability to add,omit, and change document files PRIOR to signature send out is very simple. I have used this platform just shy of 10 years and have no desire to find a different one - for e-signatures and document compliance, this is the BEST platform for our agency. I use Dochub at minimum weekly, sometimes daily. It's easy to use from my desktop or even via mobile web browser on the go, which is an absolute must in this day and age. It simply does everything that I need it to do, without the constant push to upgrade my current subscription. I can edit PDFs, sign them, send sign requests to multiple people, and download certified copies with ease. I've been a user for multiple years now, and have not once required customer support, which says a lot about their day to day reliability.

Dochub is easy to implement and intuitive to use, which is great because it's packed with all the features I need. The signature features are great, but I also find myself using it to edit PDFs frequently. Dochub for me is easy to use, I can easily convert documents to pdf with this system, and thats why I have been using it for 5 or 6 yrs now. Furthermore you can create pdf's then set some parameters for sending it as a document for eSigning, it's pretty easy to use and the audit trail is great for our compliance. I have not found any downsides to using Dochub over the years, if your not a great 'techie' like me it may take 30 minutes or so to work out how to send documents for eSigning but once you know, it's fairly easy, it could maybe do to have better prompts when setting up documents for eSigining that make it 'idiot' proof? Organization of documents could be better. But the biggest issue is no one has heard of DocHub! So it's a painful joke, but old fart corporate executives and government bureaucrats don't understand the tech or the laws around e-signatures, so they default to insisting on the one or two brand names they recognize. When completely stupid, follow the crowd!! And in the enterprise world the crowd (lemmings) use Microsoft Office, Outlook for email, and DocuSign for e-signatures!
