**What do you like best about DNA325?**

I liked the quality and detail of the data. The report included base salaries, common bonuses, and benefits. They collected fresh data from multiple sources, so we felt confident the information was accurate.

**What do you dislike about DNA325?**

This kind of custom research takes time, so it is not a quick solution. It took several weeks. Also, it is more expensive than buying a standard, off-the-shelf market report, but in our case, the quality and wait time were worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering DNA325:**

I’d recommend ordering this service when general online data or deep research with LLms are not good enough.

**What problems is DNA325 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to hire Sales Managers in Poland which is a new market for us. We had no clear data on salaries we should offer. The online reports we found were too general and often outdated. Also they didn’t state clearly enough the fixed and bonus part of the compensation. So we were not sure what a competitive salary package should look like. **What do you like best about DNA325?**

Our client was growing fast and needed to build an R&D team in Europe. We partnered with DNA325 to help with hiring several engineers and technical specialists. After signing the contract, their project manager scheduled a call to learn about our product, tech stack, and the type of candidates we needed. The process was structured and clear.

The profiles they shared were relevant and matched the requirements we discussed. Once we confirmed which candidates we wanted to interview, DNA325 took care of the rest. They managed interview scheduling, salary discussions, and start dates. They also stayed in touch during the probation period.

**What do you dislike about DNA325?**

Nothing special comes to mind. Everything went smoothly.
