What do you like best about Distribution One?

It has the best options to manage processes within our organization, distribution systems are beneficial, in addition to having a very intuitive interface and its behavior is very stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only annoying thing is that the emails sent to ask for help answers about the program take time to be answered, although I have had help answers I can say that contacting the support team is very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very complete software, when we acquired the software we managed to make an almost total integration of all our inventory and everything with CRM, which ensures that we have everything related to our clients covered and under control, the ERP-One + management model is excellent . What do you like best about Distribution One?

ERP-ONE + is a CRM software that I like because it helps me with the creation of reports in an efficient way, it also helps enormously with the management of business assets, being able to maintain control, warehouse checkout and supply chains is a task very difficult. The best thing about this tool is that the Logistics department can keep track of orders and purchase orders, so with so many functions together with this software, not only human resources are managed, but also financial management, and it is very beneficial to be able to know the market prospects through cost comparison, which has been beneficial for the company, being able to minimize costs is a giant step for the company's economy, taking into account the quality and price of the products, It is a very reliable tool and I believe that it has been created with the main needs of an organization such as being able to keep an inventory under control. Sales Tax program is unnecessarily complicated, <WAPOST> takes too long to run because of the record counting, A/P check selection and printing process is confusing and overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We checked with current users for a real life application. All the customers that we talked to were VERY happy with the support provided by D1. The same could not be said for the other ERP platforms that we were reviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a D1 customer for over 10 years and a business owner, I do not have any major complaints about the company of the software.
