ERP-One + Extraordinary Management tool. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Patrick A. | Project Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2021 **What do you like best about Distribution One?** It has the best options to manage processes within our organization, distribution systems are beneficial, in addition to having a very intuitive interface and its behavior is very stable. **What do you dislike about Distribution One?** The only annoying thing is that the emails sent to ask for help answers about the program take time to be answered, although I have had help answers I can say that contacting the support team is very slow. **Recommendations to others considering Distribution One:** Every company must use ERP-One + it is solid software with an excellent management and distribution model. **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a very complete software, when we acquired the software we managed to make an almost total integration of all our inventory and everything with CRM, which ensures that we have everything related to our clients covered and under control, the ERP-One + management model is excellent . The ERP-One + report generation has great capabilities for customization. ### 4. Very efficient and effective **What do you dislike about Distribution One?** Screen size for some inter faces are a little small and have limited expandability other than that nothing as such problematic things encountered. I'm happy to use it more in future. **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this software in inventory control program and warehouse management. The data availability and reports generated are very beneficial and easy to use further for analysis. ### 5. But with ERP-ONE + everything is much simpler, nothing is forgotten, it has a very complete interface. **What do you dislike about Distribution One?** It has an extraordinary service for now I do not find anything negative, there are still many functions that we must discover but we know that it will be beneficial. **Recommendations to others considering Distribution One:** All companies must use ERP-ONE+ as they will solve many problems, small, medium or large companies. It's the best in CRM **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing about this tool is that the Logistics department can keep track of orders and purchase orders, so with so many functions together with this software, not only human resources are managed, but also financial management, and it is very beneficial to be able to know the market prospects through cost comparison, which has been beneficial for the company, being able to minimize costs is a giant step for the company's economy, taking into account the quality and price of the products, It is a very reliable tool and I believe that it has been created with the main needs of an organization such as being able to keep an inventory under control. ### 8. All the customers that we talked to were VERY happy with the support provided by D1. The same could not be said for the other ERP platforms that we were reviewing. **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Significant improvement with overall gross margin, ability to control how sales department prices orders for different customers, accountability thru activity audits, inventory replenishment process. ### 9. We especially appreciate the import/export tools, robust API integration, e-commerce, and reporting capabilities. On top of this, they have an excellent support team and you get a real, knowledgeable human within seconds of calling! **What do you dislike about Distribution One?** As a D1 customer for over 10 years and a business owner, I do not have any major complaints about the company of the software. I would highly recommend their product to anyone looking for a full-featured ERP that can handle the challenging demands and needs of an industrial distribution business. **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Full e-commerce integration through API, advanced reporting and analytics, custom imports such as purchase order receiving, cash receipts, etc. ### 10. There could be more reports built into the system and inquiries to quickly access common data which is needed day in and day out. Consigned Inventory needs a lot of work. **Recommendations to others considering Distribution One:** Learn as much of the capabilities of the software as you can and take advantage of the programs offered. Get as much insight and suggestions from the Distribution One staff as possible and ask questions to be sure you understand how the software works. **What problems is Distribution One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ERP-ONE+ software allows for some customization to tailor to individual company needs. They have added and continue to add programs, modifications and value continually. Customer Support is overall very good and quite responsive. They have a user conference every few years to keep up with software development and changes. We are using their built in audit program with a few custom reason codes to keep up with where orders are in the picking process. This saves time as inside sales is able to look at the audit log for orders and see if an order has been received in a department, started, finished and even staged to be delivered or picked up. ### 12.
