We love the scheduling of menus to appear and disappear at scheduled times. Made it super easy only to show our breakfast menu during breakfast hours and then return to the general menu for the rest of the day. Excellent feature! **What do you dislike about Displai?** I consider myself to be tech savvy. Still, I have difficulty understanding some of the tools. I feel like I need further training to understand all of the tools available. Integration with SFDC makes it a compelling tool. I've never used something like this before. **What do you dislike about Displai?** I think the different workspaces and panels can get confusing especially around the integration with SFDC. Given how many potential report fields we need to work with to create various leader boards and KPIs, I wish there were an easier way to visualize the data with sample data records as we create the screens. Also wish there was an easier way to format spreadsheet content into dynamic images (like a mail merge). **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gamification for our sellers to motivate them. Setup was a dream, and though some of our decisions changed on some things, Kenny and the customer support were very helpful in those changes. **What do you dislike about Displai?** We have been having issues with payment as communications were lost for a bit due to staffing shortages which we completley understand. Also, wish the toast integration was more customizable but we love what we have still. **Recommendations to others considering Displai:** The toast integration is great, but not fully customizeable. For what we use it for, it makes things super easy.
